Samsonshield recently held its quarterly Senior Management Team meeting with all site directors to discuss how to make The Employee Journey better for all employees and ensure that The Client Experience is second to none.

We also conduct an annual company-wide Organizational Diagonal Slice Survey to ensure that what happens at the top of the organization is the same for all of our front line workers.

These quarterly meetings help us ensure that our Employee Experience matches our Client Experience and that we offer our clients an unmatched service experience in the industry.
